Our Mission:
Hoskins Park Ministries (HPM) currently has 12 houses and 40+ previously homeless men. HPM works with some of our city’s most challenging street folks; those who need not only a second chance, but possibly a third, forth or fifth one! But they are people just like the rest of us who have faced circumstances that would have challenged even the best of us. Can we say for certain that having faced similar situations as these men, sometimes pure devastation leaving them with nothing, that we too wouldn’t need or be deserving of help from a place like HPM?
While homelessness is an overwhelming world-wide problem, you can help by supporting the work in your own back yard. HPM is not a shelter like other facilities. We provide homes, love, food, clothes, counseling, and an atmosphere conducive for the Lord to re-caliber their lives back to the way He intended. And it is proven to work! Since 2001 HPM has served thousands of men already, many who are back in society as productive members.
Our Commitment:
For every 100 people who commit to this campaign, Hoskins Park Ministries will reduce the homeless population by one person. For every 1000 who commit, HPM will purchase one more house.
